If you are looking for a cold storage or heated shop, look no further…Our newest design of pre-engineered all steel buildings is the perfect solution! With the same unique design as our garage packages, each building features a metal base framework allowing you to install them on a wide variety of foundations (steel pilings, cement pilings, footings, etc.).

Starting at 30’ x 30’ with a 14’ tall wall, spanning up to 120’ wide with up to 24’ high walls. The building length can be increased in 10’ increments up to your desired length. Each building package includes one 36” wide commercial walk-in door, the framework for one overhead door, the exterior metal roofing, siding, trims and fasteners covered by a 40-year paint warranty.
